Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through an appropriate method based on the original order and circumstances of the return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
